REGIMEN

Maintenance

Cover at night

Moisturize with coconut oil once or twice a week

Castor oil edges once a week

Spray with moisturizing solution (see product list)

Wash 1

ACV rince (recipe: 3/4c ACV, 1/4c baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon juice, warm water)

hot oil treatment: mix of oil

shampoo

leave in: coconut oil

Wash 2

shampoo

conditioner (2/3 minutes)

Wash 2 every 3-4 weeks; Wash 1 every 3 or 4 washes.

I usually dry for 30-40 minutes under hood dryer then air dry rest of time.

RELAXED

Week 1
pre-poo

Neutralizing & chelating poo
Protein deep condition
roller set and dry (either overnight or under dryer)

Weeks 2-8
Co-wash (or shampoo/ACV rinse maybe once or twice)
2 minute protein
Deep condition with each wash (dry or wet)
Roller set and dry (either overnight or under dryer)

Week 9 (or week before relaxer)

pre-poo

clarify poo

2 step protein

moisturizing deep condition

Week 10
Relax

Protein DC (keratina fix)

Midweek co-wash - sometimes

cowash & maybe DC

Avoid detangling

Air dry

*I moisturize and seal daily (most times, twice daily). I also try to baggy when my hair is feeling dry.

*Sometimes I deep condition on dry hair

2 minute keratin
