I've been browsing elsewhere...

Yup. Getting ideas on transitioning and styles for textured hair.

My texlax was very weak and so it is def more textured than not. Especially when it's dry. But you know what? I like it. I think I'll be keeping it this way.

  1. This is one of my fav vids. It's four parts, but this is how I've been trying to get my curl pattern to look like. Sometimes yay, sometimes ugh...too straight.

I FINALLY ordered and received some silk amino acid to add to my relaxer so I'm hoping it'll work better to give me a more textured look after texlaxing and not so much straightness. Btw, I LOVE your curl pattern! That's what I'm shooting for. I need a hair buddy, you in?

  2. That's the vid I watched :) In 6 weeks, I'll be trying the vertical method. Yes, I like the more textured look too - it actually more natural that anything so I hope when I flat iron or straighten it, it works lol

Me me me! I wanna be your hair buddy...but I gotta catch up with you

  3. This happens to me often. But it seems like the curl pattern loosens up the more I DC.

  4. Thanks Niesha :) I would love for that to happen. I love the thickness of underprocessed hair! Just hope I don't have to do a BC since the textures are so different
